Article 1: General provisions

The e-commerce website of NORMAL, a one-man business with its registered office at Brusselsesteenweg 32 box 0001 9280 Lebbeke, VAT BE0730.909.549, CBE 0730.909.549, (hereinafter referred to as ‘NORMAL.eco’) offers its customers the possibility of purchasing the products from its web shop online.

These General Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order through the NORMAL’s online shop, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the following accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional Conditions of the Customer are excluded, except when they have been accepted expressly and in writing by NORMAL.

Article 2: Price

All prices listed are expressed in EURO, always include VAT and all other required duties or taxes that the Customer must bear

If delivery costs, reservation costs or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

The indication of price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photographs are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Availability

Despite the fact that the online catalogue and the e-commerce website are assembled with the greatest possible care, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Pot Twist. As far as the correctness and completeness of the information offered are concerned, NORMAL.eco is only bound by an obligation of means. NORMAL.eco is under no circumstances liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.

If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, colour, availability, delivery period or method of delivery, we ask the Customer to contact our customer service in advance.

The offer is always valid as long as stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by NORMAL.eco. NORMAL.eco cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Buying online

The Customer chooses the desired products in the desired quantities. If applicable, the necessary container deposit ("Deposit") will also be charged automatically.

The Customer has the choice between the following payment methods:

  • credit card,
  • Bancontact,
  • Apple Pay,
  • Paypal,
  • bank transfer,
  • meal and/or eco vouchers issued by Monizze or Sodexo Belgium.

NORMAL.eco is entitled to refuse an order as a result of a serious shortcoming on the part of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Article 5: Delivery and performance of the agreement

Items ordered through this web shop will only be delivered in Belgium.

Delivery is made by NORMAL.eco itself or by a partner appointed by Pot Twist.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stipulated, the goods will be delivered to the Customer's place of residence on the day chosen by the Customer or at the next delivery time, at least two days after placing the order. Empty pots will only be taken back if they are in good condition, after which the Customer will be refunded the guarantee within 5 working days to his or her bank account or as a discount for a subsequent purchase.

Every visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming at the time of delivery must be reported by the Customer to NORMAL.eco without delay.

The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the time the goods have been physically received by the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer that is not the carrier). However, the risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier when the carrier received the commission to transport the goods and this option was not offered by NORMAL.eco.

Article 6: Retention of title

The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of NORMAL.eco until the moment of full payment by the Customer. Pots and any bins always remain the property of NORMAL.eco and are only made available to the Customer by NORMAL.eco.

The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Pot Twist's retention of title, for example to anyone who would be seized on articles, pots or containers that have not yet been paid for in full.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase articles online from NORMAL.eco.

The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

  • the supply or provision of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market which are beyond Pot Twist's control and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
  • the delivery of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  • the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life;
  • the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, have been irrevocably mixed with other products;
  • the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, but the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market outside the company's control;
  • the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of contracts for subscription to such publications;
  • the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has started with the express prior consent of the Customer and provided that the Customer has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal (e.g. downloading music, software).

Article 8: Guarantee

Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in respect of the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment

Without prejudice to the exercise of any other rights that NORMAL.eco is entitled to, the Customer owes interest at a rate of 10% per year on the non-paid amount in the case of non or late payment starting ipso jure on the date of the breach of contract and without notice. Furthermore, the Customer shall owe ipso jure a flat-rate compensation and without notice 10% of the pertinent amount, with a minimum of 25 euro per invoice.


Without prejudice to the foregoing, NORMAL.eco is entitled to take back the unpaid or incompletely paid for articles.

Article 11: Privacy

With regard to the protection of privacy by NORMAL.eco, NORMAL.eco refers you to the separate Privacy Statement.

Article 12: Use of cookies

With regard to the use of cookies by NORMAL.eco, NORMAL.eco refers you to the separate Cookie Statement.

Article 13: Impairment of validity – non relinquishment

The invalidity, illegality or nullity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.

The failure by NORMAL.eco to enforce one of the rights listed in these Terms and Conditions at any time, or to exercise any of these rights, will never be regarded as a renunciation of such a provision and will never affect the validity of these rights.

Article 14: Amendment of conditions

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other terms and conditions to which explicit reference is made, and NORMAL.eco's general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of contradiction, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Article 15: Proof

The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.

Article 16: Applicable law – Disputes

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law on applicable law.

The courts of the Consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction in the event of legal disputes. The Consumer may also contact the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
